GDRHS Music Program excels during competition

Last weekend our Band/Chorus embarked on a rainy trip to perform and compete against other local programs.  I joked before they left that the most important thing was to bring back some trophies.  I think they took me seriously!

This past Friday and Saturday the HS music department competed at the 6 Flags New England competition.

Results:

Concert Band 1st place

Jazz Band 1st place

Mixed Chorus 1st place

Best Overall Choir: Groton-Dunstable Regional HS Chorus

Best Jazz Solo: Charles Peterson
